Genesis & Metamorphosis::

Callready which was previously called ‘The Shakespeare Institute’ was established in the year 1997 by experts in academics with many years of teaching and training exposure. The primary purpose then was to impart English communication skills to people across various backgrounds and walks of life.


With the joining of people with Corporate Training, HR, & Call Center experience, the focus of Shakespeare Institute widened to include HR training, Leadership training, soft skills training, Preprocess Training & Personality Development training for individual candidates and groups in software companies, BPOs, & Call Centers. It was rechristened as Callready in 2002.
