Vidya underwent ‘Train the trainer’ in
Accent by Catherine Dorsch of Amerispeak, California, which included
special trainer modules in teaching methodology, evaluation and
designing course content for Call Center training at FirstRing India
Pvt. Ltd.
She also attended a Call Center Specific ‘Train
the trainer’ in American Accent and Customer Service conducted
by Kathy Sisk of USA in December 2001. She also underwent a program
for women entrepreneurs at IIM for which the project was done on
the ‘Train the Trainer in V & A'
She has been Voice & Accent trainer since 2000
and has till date trained over 3000 people in the same. She has
been a Co- Trainer in the ‘Train the Trainer’ program
to over 60 aspiring trainers, TLs and QA members. She is also involved
in voice assessments of new recruits of various Call Centers at
Eduquity career technologies.
